Staff really polite and helpful. Food inside the evening was excellent and served hot, but each and every breakfast i had (3) was cold when taken from what was a hot server.

Excellent hotel and fantastic value for money! The entrance hall was fantastic and rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable. Free buffet breakfast and great pool to relax in. Employees was really helpful and courteous all through and free tuk tuk service to Khao San Road was offered whenever required. I would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone who wants an incredible hotel at a budget rate.

Lovely pool location but the hotel rooms are really quite dated, a bit like an old hospital and also the lightening really dim so certainly not for individuals looking for a bit of luxury but nonetheless adequate for a one night stay.

Free buffet breakfast, employees were excellent (except for one concierge who seemed to be trying to pawn us off to other drivers). Every other employees member went out of their way to help us.
