Location quite central, friendly and helpful staff, had room witout facilities as booked, after 1ST day moved to large suite without requesting it, my son and I had our own room we did stay on 2 extra days, and breakfast was fine could have an omlette every day day with fruit, cereal, coffee or tea

Everyone who works there are really friendly and helpful. We felt extremely calm and welcome. The location is great, 5 mins from the ferry, 10 minutes from the market, and just on the edge of Stone Town (10 mins walk to the Fort). Extremely clean. Totally AMAZING breakfasts!
