From the moment I walked in the hostel i felt at home. I received a warm welcome from Katy as properly as the individuals in the hostel, who seem to live there for a longer period to study Chinese. I can suggest everyone to go here. Its a warm setting like a student house with individuals who like to hang out together, study and party. If you want just to appreciate the city Katy can give you tips. Its a 5 minute walk from the subway which takes you to every single hotspot and 3 mins from the train station. 10 minutes walk to the nightmarket. Really safe country and hostel. Amazing, warm and friendly and stunning country and people.

The location is cool. A lot of travelers treat it as a pit stop for their trip. It is fun meeting different people here.

The employees are really friendly and helpful. There are laptops you can use, which is extremely convenient. The beds are super comfy too!

The Meeting Place in Taipei is an excellent hostel! I am traveling around the globe and spent a few days at this hostel. They have an extremely large common space, filled with a giant projector, wonderful sound system, full kitchen, extremely fast wifi, washing machine AND DRYER! The rooms have secure lockers as properly as the beds have nice soft mattresses. The owner and staff are super warm and friendly and helpful. They often have household dinners to join (or cook if you miss doing that like I did) A wonderful hostel to spend an extended quantity of time in! Definitively check them out!
