My friend and I loved staying at Damascus Hostel! Everyone there (staff and guests) are extremely friendly, helpful and fun. We ended up staying an extra night and then returning again at the end of our trip. There's loads of information about what to do in Damascus and also day trips whether you want to go independently or with a small tour with other guests. I definitely would cme back to this hostel and will be recommending it to all my friends.
