Location is extremely convenient to Luzern Old Town area. Room was airconditioned. 5th floor apartment accessed by lift.

Decent size room with bathroom inside. Bed was one bed - not two beds pushed together, which we really liked. And even though you could smoke in the hotel, you couldn&'t smoke in the rooms, which was a nice break from the rest of the city. Also had free wifi in the rooms, which was a key plus for us.

Clean and very good location. 10 mins walking from the train station and in the center of the city. Rooms are a bit small but good if you compare it with other similar category hotels. Didnt try the breakfast !

Good location, but the 3rd and 4th beds inside the quad room were not real beds, but only day beds with split (uncomfortable) mattresses. since we were charged for each person, I expected a real mattress for each. We did not have the full breakfast, and one morning asked if we could get a cup of coffee and tea and were charged 11 CFH.
