There was very little to like--if I had to say one thing, the points of interest of the lake from the front patio area were very nice.

Mr. Hans was very useful and accommodating, giving us tips for our tour - exactly where to go to, what to visit, etc. , down to grocery stores and even driving us to one! Really scenic location of the apartment. Wish there were far more than one bath & toilet though, as it was hard to manage with 7 people.

The atmosphere around this accomodation is beautiful. And hosteler has a servie mind.

The staff was very helful, the location was ok and the view was really good. A little more clean atmoshpere can make it even more attractive for tourists.

We stayed in Heide's Hostel. The Lady there was very friendly and helpful. This hostel is very near to Interlaken west railway station and 15mins walk from Ost too. We were a group of 4 couples. The hostel facility is good, it is with 2 bedroom with 4 beds in each. One attached bathroom and one common bathroom. A common kitchen with good facility is also available. But, we DO NOT recommend any one to visit the hotel Shalimar, which is near by as the service there is very very poor. Not at all customer friendly.
