Great location near Rhine and within walking distance of everything you need to do in Basel. Nice rooms with massive windows. Lovely breakfast and tram/bus ticket are included, which is really helpful! Warm and friendly staff, relax vibe.

Our room although very basic was perfectly adequte for our needs, clean, there was no noises from other guests. The breakfast was sufficient and the reception employees were very helpful.

Very neutral decoration and friendly staff. Also, although a bit tough to find at first, once you know the way, it is an straightforward 20minutes walk from the main station. Plus it is in the middle of nature (trees, bird, a river), located in a small, gorgeous and silent valley, which looks like an old and traditionnal small town with buildings and houses seeming to originate from the late middle age ages. Very nice for some peaceful relaxation time.

Very Clean and organised. Great facilities, breakfast. , location as well as the decoration && fitting of the hostel is new && clean, (but it did feel a little &"concrete&" && impersonal). It&'s well organised but possibly not somewhere you will make lots of backpacker friends! This is a massive hostel and in the typical Youth Hostel style (also catering for groups);
