The couple running it couldn&'t have been more friendly or helpful, made to feel component of the family. Great food. Really clean smart deluxe room with four poster bed && mosquito net, nearby a shared shaded veranda. Secure swimming from their private beach. Really chilled terrace by sea for evening meals. Best base for whale watching and beaching in Marissa.

We chose this spot mostly on the strength of previous reviews, and we have to say eveyone of them were right. This spot is gold! The menu although limited never let us down for top taste, freshness and price. Scenery and beach to die for. English speaking and really friendly staff. Only a tuktuk ride from nearby amenities. They even have resident turtles that come up to the private beach. Don&'t think about it -BOOK IT NOW! !

Had a amazing time here with my family. We booked for 1 night but stayed for a week. The place was so warm and friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Kids had a amazing time playing and swimming at the private beach. As the food is all freshly prepared the kitchen was able to accommodate for different taste in food. All the food prepared was delicious. If hot water is critical to make guaranteed to book their deluxe rooms where hot water is in superb supply.

Beach inns was properly situated along with the people quite warm and friendly and attentive. The Scottish lady was nice and suggested a day trip that was exciting and allowed to discover the surroundings.

This spot took our breath away and we ended up staying whole two weeks here. Beach Inns is one of those large secrets you don&'t need to share with the world as you need to keep it to yourself and cherish it in your center for the rest of the life. There are only a few places like this in the world, which haven&'t been ruined by the mass tourism. The beach is breathtaking as well as the nature is just there close to you also as the village life with its&' daily routines. The employees is kind and Indika and Fiona are there for you to make you really feel happy and satisfied. The rooms by the beach side are straightforward but clean and comfortable, as well as the villa is just beautiful. There is certainly no need to go to Mirissa etc. We visited them and take it from us, this is the spot you never need to leave from.

Paradise, room extremely clean with a large 4 poster bed, large balcony. The private beach is out of this world. Food great, reasonable priced and plenty. You would not be dissapointed staying here

Indika and his team looked right after us extremely well. The location is great - overlooking the water and a safe beach. Effortless to get into town too.
