Friendly employees and clean rooms which were serviced everyday. Rooms have a fridge too so you can keep your own beer cool as the guesthouse doesn&'t sell alcohol. Excellent chillout region around the pool. Pool was clean and properly maintained. There&'s a superb little &'beachy&' region fenced off at the back of the place which leads down onto the main beach. Definitely one of the nicer properties along the beach - the pool makes all the difference.

Rooms had A/C and warm water (not extremely common in many places in Hikkaduwa). Guest home backed onto private pool, and then Hikkduwa Beach. Brief walk or tuk-tuk ride to principal component of town/shopping strip. Warm and friendly staff. :)
