Everything! Location: 2-5 min walk to the beach, bus stand, departmental store, pharmacy, eateries - just perfect! Extremely well maintained. The lady in charge of the place is a treat to talk to - so full of advice.

It&'s near the significant road and near to the beach. The property owner sent the driving directions in advance right following the booking. The setting is relaxed, as it is a small guesthouse with owners living in one of the rooms. It was a great option for a one-night stay. There is Wi-Fi, cooking facilities with instructions how NOT to use them and some traveler info on the transfers, trains and sightseeings.

In a hectic city like Colombo, this really is a great way of spending one or two nights. Small house stay, close to the beach and with helpful staff. As soon as we booked on Hostelbookers we had an welcoming e-mail, which was really much appreciated. We can suggest this place.

The Guesthouse is in a noiseless street really near to the beach and away from the busy galle road. Piriyani was a very nice lady and really helpful and allowed us our privacy throughout our stay. We had an air-con room which was a massive bonus as the rest of the house was really hot. There is certainly no warm water but it is completely not needed. a cool shower was excellent considering the climate! and the water is cool as opposed to cold. We enjoyed home stay and will hopefully be back there again just before our time in Sri Lanka is over.

The hostel was an superb place to stay whilst within the Colombo area. It was quiet, calm and with all the necessary facilities, including fast Wifi. The property owner is very helpful and knowledgable. We can highly suggest the hostel to travelers not wanting the party hostel atmosphere.

This guesthouse is simple, clean, quiet and great value for money and offers everything the budget traveller could wish for from the electric kettle inside the kitchen to the refrigerator in each room as nicely as the property owner was extremely kind and let me have access to my room at 6. 30am right after a long journey from the UK.

Very warm and friendly staff, we arrived early morning and could stay/sleep in the lounge until our room was ready. Free Web and nicely equiped cooking area for use. Bakery, restaurant, busstop and supermarket near by. Quiet area.
