I was stopping in Valladolid to go to a couple friends for the night. first time in a hotel during my 3 weeks of travel, had my own little room to myself- it was nice. nice bathroom facilities. kind of a weird card system for the lights, but it was clever. really fast web access. The reception didn&'t understand that I had a booking and wanted to charge an extra 13 euros, but I showed my booking on my computer and they just charged what I owed.

The room was simple but nice, bright and clean. I didn't use the bar except to buy water but it was nice and also the bar staff very friendly.

This property was in a fantastic location, down the street from the bus station and a two minute walk to the train station. It was clean and had surround sound for a radio that we enjoyed while we were within the room.

Fading corporate hotel from the 1970's, shabby room decor, way too expensive and the deposit paid was just ignored!
