EVERYTHING! Just a short walk to the beach, a pool on hand, reception with Wifi, and eating places and stores inside a short walk. The apartment itself was beautiful, with wonderful views, a properly equipped kitchen, and a washing machine! We would suggest this place to anyone. Anyone complaining about the place just didn&'t read the directions. They arranged to have us picked up at the train station, and get the keys and took us right to our door. The keys can be picked up with a quick 2 block walk, not 15 minutes. The employees at the office were fantastic, with wonderful info provided. A bus that goes into Valencia proper was steps outside the door. For location, you can&'t do much greater if you want to spend time at the beach!

Big apartments with fridge, microwave, etc. Close to the beach. Bus 31 goes to the city center (~30 min).

Lack of utensils ie. tin opener bread knife, chopping board etc, bed linen and towels. a travelling kettle is all we had till we requested another one. found the rubbish bin ( an old paint tub) full, Great hotel in itself. nice room but extremely poorly kitted out
