Good location among the old city center and the City of Arts and Sciences. I was in a single room with private bathroom. Sure, it was small and didn&'t exactly have a view, but then I wasn&'t in Valencia to sit in my hotel room and look out the window. AC worked fine. Wireless was excellent. Bathroom was tiny but everything in working order. Towels were provided. I didn&'t try their breakfast. There are a lot of cafes inside the direct vicinity to get your own breakfast (and probably cheaper). I suggest Las Gargolas (Carrer de l&'Alcalde Reig 5) just a few minute walk away. There&'s also a supermarket nearby (closed Sunday). Employees spoke good English and you get a no cost city map and recommendations/travel advice. All in all, if you don&'t need any frills, outstanding value for money.

It&'s so fresh, new and modern, as well as the employees is so helpful and friendly that I&'d totally suggest anyone to stay there. The room was really clean and spacious with a glass sliding door that led to a small garden. The shower (an crucial aspect for me) was amazing: exceptional pressure and easily regulated. It&'s one of the cheapest B&&B I&'ve ever stayed at, and definitely the very best by far. I can&'t say enough good points about this place. Totally recommended!

It is situated to a nice public park and there are some nice eating places inside the neighbourhood. Also, it was clean and well-looked after.

The property is well maintained and extremely clean. The property is located extremely close from the principal attractions inside the city and equally near to the old town. It is diagonally opposite to the Arts and Science Museum and opposite he Palau de Musico which is also a bus stop.
