The hostel was clean, calm and comfortable. It&'s owner is a fantastic, straightforward going, helpful man. You really feel at house right following arrival. The location could not be better, you live almost inside the threshold of the cathedral. All people who value peace, comfort and do not want to pay too much, should pick this place.

This hostel was immaculate! It was clean, the owner/worker was amazing, and our stay was really enjoyable. In general toledo isn&'t a party city and therefore neither was our hostel. It was quiet. The shared bath rooms were very clean and I never felt grossed out. The owner/man who worked there was incredibly hospitable- he showed us how the keys worked, gave us a map, showed us a lot of probable traveler attractions, talked with us, joked with us, and personally served us breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. Individuals in other reviews have complained about the breakfast but I will take three muffins over having to pay for breakfast elsewhere. Plus there was coffee or hot chocolate. It&'s just a personal dietary preference I guess.

The location is extremely good. The employees is kind but a little bit impatient when I accidentally put the metallic spoon into microwave.

Very quiet && clean place, definitly not a party hostel but a exceptional place to rest. there&'s a/c and wifi in rooms and no cost lockers. it&'s in a small hidden street so to locate it you have to reach the hotel alfonso IV in front of the alcazar, beside the building walk down the stairs and you&'ll see the H. I. sign :))

Well located, though a tad difficult to find. Secure and clean and also the rooms have air cooling which is a must in Toledo. Warm and friendly staff.

Very effortless to find, VERY helpful and frindly staff, really clean. Safety was definite, and while one might be social, it is not meant to be a party hostel, which is what I desired.
