It is very very clean, it has two bathroom. It has air-condition, washing machine, cooking area equipment. it is very near to city center. The owner of the apt. Fernando ans Amy are very kind to the tourists. Really essential point is that Fernando knows to speak English. Because most people in Spain don&'t know to speak English. He really tried to help us, he gave lots of info about Sevilla. He gave us city map. Cantiago Apartment does not want deposit for the rooms. This is really makes us happy. Because a lot of apartments want deposit for staying.

We stayed at the apartments on 28 marquis de paradas street. extremely comfortable, stunning patio, great location - extremely near to the historic center of Siville. There are 2 markets close by. Straightforward to find parking - we parked our van right in front. Modernly redesigned clean attractive design. Lots of windows. Really responsive owner. We locked ourselves out late at night, Fernando came with the keys to let us in at 10 pm at night.
