The owner was exceptionally helpful. We were supposed to depart for Paris on the day we checked out but our train was cancelled due to the strike in Paris. The owner helped us to check on the flights and busses to Paris as well as the where to catch the each of the transport when we went back to the hotel after we found out the bad news upon arriving at Estacion de Franco even though we had checked out hours ago.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathroom. Not a 5 star resort but a amazing hostel for students on a budget.

The staff were extremely friendly and really hardworking! I would definitely suggest this hostal to ther travellers. I was at another hostal before this one as nicely as the environment was not as good! In this hostal, there is a terrace and a lot of of the gusts sit there so it is effortless to meet friends.

Basic rooms and facilities. Rooms established up to balconies with nice attractions of the surrounding rooftops. Really well located. Near the Cathedral and Alcazar and near lots of cafes and restaurants.
