Good: Martina is extremely helpful. The location is generally clean and in great condition. Wonderful value for money, with washer and all. Air-conditioning is a huge plus in Seville.

Perfect! :-) The location was ok, the employees was helpful and suggested us what to do and what to see. Martina suggested us no cost guided tour which was superb and Filippo and Daniele were THE BEST! The apartment has air conditioner in every room which is necessary during the summer. We were there for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it.
