Beautiful hotel and fantastic location! literally right next to the aqueducts, and at the head of the main street for sightseeing/shopping. staff was also extremely friendly, helpful, and gave outstanding restaurant recommendations!

PERFECT LOCATION! had a broken shower door in my cheaper single room got updated to a double room with much better view. Room with view on acqueduct. extremely quiet. no cost net and printing. extremely clean. very useful staff. great cost deal on net if you are lucky.

The hotel is literally on the aqueduct, it's clean, nice, and has a great atmosphere. I'd stay there again if I ever re-visit Segovia.
