The owner lives on the ground floor which adds to security. He is extremely friendly and although there is no reception, you just shout his name within the hallway and he comes to attend you.

Great location, right in the hub of San Sebastian. Walking distance to everything. Slightly loud at times (early AM), however windows blocked most of it out. We were able to use the automatic washer free of charge. Although there was no breakfast included, there was a cooking area to stock your own breakfast so was extremely easy. Room and ensuite bathroom was clean and new looking in the 5 bed dorm room.
