Less than 5 mins walk from a frequent bus route to/from Palma Airport and near to a sandy beach. Superb value for money. Although official check-in time is 3. 00pm, we arrived at 9. 30am and were allowed to leave our cases in our room. We needed to leave for the airport earlier than 8. 00am (start of breakfast) but arrangements were made for us to have a take-away breakfast!

We liked each thing about this location and exactly where extremely impressed. To begin with extremely friendly and helpful staff. They really take care of their guests! Thanks a lot for that! ! Great location, extremely near to the see (beaches) and major street with bars and shopping area. It was the cheapest location we found and extremely great price for what they offer. Definitely we would chose it again and we can suggest it to other travellers ! !

The location is great, very near to the beach and busstops. Going to Palma is effortless and quick (bus 20 min). We also had a huge balcony.

The staff was really helpful; good to have breakfast included (didn&'t know before, that it is included); good location - near to the beach and nightlife in Arena, not far from la Palma; free use for towels and showergels etc.

The location of this property is incredible. It is only 50 metres or so from the beach. The gentleman at the front desk was also really helpful in helping us rent bicycles for the day. It was only six euros for the whole day! Also, for what you are paying to stay there, the breakfast you get at the hotel nearby is an awesome value.
