We really liked this hostel as a base for our excursions in Montserrat national park. The employees is very helpful and kind. It&'s really worth staying within the village of Montserrat rather than doing a fast day trip back and forth from Barcelona.

This is an superb spot to stay for visiting Montserrat, even if you don&'t have a car. The major thing for us was the superb kitchen, all the food we had was much greater than we expected. Since I often come past this area, I will definitely stop here again, at least to eat!

We planed to live the hostel early within the morning (at 4 a. m. ), therefore we could not have a regular breakfast, so they gave us packed breakfast with hot bread within the evening. The employees was really helpful.

Great view of Montserrat above the village, and a brief 10 minute walk to each the railstation to Barcelona and the rack rail station up to the monastery. Also steps away from the village square and the cuteness of this little town. Great breakfast. Our one night stay ended up being more cost-effective than advertised on this website - can&'t complain about that!

Helpful staff. Handy points to know: Toiletries && breakfast provided (Breakfast: roll, croissant, juice, coffee. ) The Cremellara (train) also stops in village, 10min walk from Guilleume&'s. Was kindly allocated twin room when had only paid for dorm.
