The employees were extremely helpful. The shuttle bus was really superb and it is superb value for money!

The largest problem was that we had to wait 45min inside the Airport for the shuttle and then to come back, because their shuttle was broken we had to come back in taxi paid by us. Beside it the location is very pleasent!

The environment of Osuna hotel is very quiet, especially that villa area. But the hotel arranged for us to stay in a standard room and a little distance away from the Garden. From the lobby to the room need to go through the swimming pool and garden, in the rainy day is very inconvenient. The facilities on offer is fantastic, and the room also very big. This hotel to the bus stop just 2 minutes and to the metro station takes 15 minutes, very convenient to travel. Also Osuna hotel will arrange a special bus to take us directly to the airport, just 10 minutes, and the driver is very warm, he can speak a lot of language, let us feel very happy.
