The employees here is uniformly excellent, often helpful and pleasant. I stayed here two different times while in Madrid and met people easily. There is certainly a comfortable vibe here and I appreciated that it felt much more like home than other hostels tend to. They had no cost tapas and beer one night which made for a really nice setting to chat with other travelers. Overall, this location is worth staying.

Staff are warm and friendly and helpful. Effortless to get on with. I returned a few times and was comfortable with the set up. They have activities planned sometimes to keeps points going. Computers and tea and coffee touse as much as you want. No cost breakfast. Enough rooms to socialise or be on your own. Effortless to get to Sol. Transport links are good, although most places are. walking distance anyhow.

Cosy common room with fantastic staff. Enjoyable social activities on during specific nights. Facilities are all in order, really excellent WiFi. Cooking area is well equipped, I would really recommend it! Also I couldn&'t collect my key deposit when I left early inside the morning so I contacted the receptionist to see if she could send it to me, and although it took months (I understood this from the beginning) I got the money back, which was thirty euro. The wait is what happens when the reception isn&'t open 24/7.
