THe hostel was cool, near metro, everything is walking distance, the employees were soooo kind and helped us with anything we need, the rooms and toiletd were clean.

- Employees are extremely nice && helpful! I arrived much earlier than the check-in time. They let me sleep on the couch behind the lobby for a while. Then seeing how exhausted I was, they let me check in earlier so that I can rest in my room as soon as possible! They also explained me exactly where to go, how to go and even which pieces/paintings in which museums I should take a look at! I MEAN HONESTLY, they make time for each and every individual costumer in this place. - Breakfast is very generous. Here, you can get as many bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal and so on as you can, and it will cost you nothing. A lot of other hostels in Madrid promise that the breakfast is included, but they make you pay once you get there if you want far more than a couple of slices of bread and orange juice. (So if you&'re a coffee/tea drinker, you can kiss that goodbye in other hostels) - Beds are single, not bunk which makes this location even far more special. - Environment is great. I don&'t know if it&'s the great employees that attracts great individuals to this place, but whoever I met was very nice, kind && cheerful. Staff&'s sincerity is contagious! Kitchen, lobby, rooms, everywhere individuals are meeting new individuals and going out together.

Got a 4 bed-room even though I booked a 12 bed-dorm. Kitchen is well equipped.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The hostel was extremely clean in all respects, the kitchen, bathroom, rooms. All the sheets were clean and also the beds were comfy. Really liked the fact that there weren&'t bunk beds. The location is perfect, you couldn&'t get more central. The common location is small but comfy.

Great location, great staff, straightforward to meet fellow travelers, the facilities are great including the kitchen, along with the lounge. The internet works properly in the hostel in general.

Loved Los amigos! In the center of old Madrid. Would definitely stay here if I&'m to come back to this lovely city!
