Rooms were really spacious and facilities were cleaned daily. Reception employees were very useful in organising night time events especially since we did not speak Spanish. Location was within 2 mins walk of city centre.

Location was excellent: a lot of the sites / sights were within a 7 minute walk from the hostal. The employees were pretty and extremely helpful. Their English was really outstanding as well, which helped as we didn&'t speak Spanish.

Fantastic, central location within walking distance of a lot of Madrid&'s points of interest and a stone&'s throw from Santo Domingo metro station. The hostel is new and modern, with really comfy beds and great showers. The staff were warm and friendly and often willing to help.

Beautiful rooms, amazing showers. Lovely to have space to spread out. Bit loud on the street side absolutely nothing earplugs didn&'t fix or closing the shutters.

A friend and I stayed inside the &'Manhattan&' apartment on the third floor, which was lovely, fresh, and extremely modern! The living space was huge, I lot more than what I expected. The apartment was extremely stylish, ideal for both guys and girls, and had free Wifi which was great. The staff were extremely welcoming, and the location was fantastic - although we had bought a multi-journey ticket for the metro we soon found out that we would not be using it much!
