Perfect for a pay a visit to to Gilbratar, as it is only 5 minutes walking from the border.

It&'s close to center of the old town of La Linea, which is fantastic on a warm summer evening - lots of nice bars, eating places etc. Don&'t be put off the town by the state of the sea front area, and in particular, the border crossing zone and the porta-cabins and dodgy looking cafes opposite. La Linea old town is worth exploring! The hotel is central and opposite a green park. Get a room at the front of the hotel if u can. The reception employees are friendly and helpful. They speak a English too. Don&'t expect the Hilton, because you won&'t get it. Check the bed is clean, if you&'re unsure, they&'re far more than happy to change sheets, or the room if they have any spare.

Great value for money, very warm and friendly and helpful staff. it is hotel, not a hostel so it is obvious that there is no kitchen, . Very close to the boarder and also the bus station, best location to stay in case you just desire to visit gibraltar

- extremely close to the border, the center and not to far to the beach - room was massive ( think i got a doubleroom for me alone) - individuals at the reception were friendly and helpful
