The hotel is really central inside the old part of Bilbao by the river. It is completely situated to discover the whole city by foot and return for an afternoon siesta. For instance just 15 mins walk to the Guggenheim Museum and near to the airport bus. The hotel was really clean and modern and the room was quite spacious. We&'d go back there next time we are in Bilbao.

The hotel was in an exceptional location, right inside the edge of the old town. The hotel was a great building all in all but is deteriorating, filthy and damaged in parts. By no means does this effect the service of your stay though.

Very nice design. Excellent sized room with a pleasant atmosphere. Modern, but with older touches like exposed beams. The room was a pleasant surprise! Excellent lighting throughout the hotel. Location was ideal.

Upon arrival our room was not what we had booked, a twin instead of a double, we had to stay in the twin for the first night as the hotel was full, but the employees moved us and upgraded us with no cost for the remaining 3 nights of our stay to a king size bed! Very happy with that and the employees often had the right answers straight off the top of their head - often handy. Thanks guys.
