The owners and staff were friendly, helpful and lovely from the time we arrived. Employees suggested restaurants, bars and shops to us - spot on. So handy to get from hotel to town, museums and so on with the tram service - exceptional value for money at 3. 15 for a daily ticket. Cafe at the front of the hostel was warm and friendly and extremely accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

It was clean and cheerful, right across the street from the tram, five minutes by taxi from the train station, a comfortable enough walk from the Guggenheim.

Lovely friendly staff and excellent location, just across from the tram stop. It's also on a lovely plaza with a pretty church and is quiet at night. About 5-10 mins walk from the centre of the old town, but you can always get the tram as well!
