Great location, right on the harbour! Only a brief stroll to La Rambla, a Metro station right around the corner, central to everything. Exceptional sized room, with a little balcony overlooking the street. Common region has a dining table and (tiny) TV. Kitchen was really useful to have on hand as was the shared fridge. Bathroom shared but often clean :) Laid back landlords (live on site) who keep to themselves and have extremely broken and entertaining English!

The property is very clean and the staff there are super friendly! They accompanied me to the corres to take my luggages. It is situated near to the center, just few minutes by walking. We can also use the fridge and microwave. It&'s economic and worthy to be chosen!

The location is great! Near to Gotic neigthborhood, rambla street, etc. Me and my grilfriend had a huge and private room with a balcony special to smoke ;) The location is always clean Friendly staff

Very conveniently located for city center and beach - nothing is much more than a pleasant twenty minute stroll away. Apartment is safe and secure, with your keys so you can come and go as you please. Juan, who keeps the apartment very clean, is a lovely man - very kind, chatty and helpful. Fantastic bar on the corner of the block.

The location was great, the building looks nice, close proximity to the sea, to Barrio Gotico as properly as the tube stop Barceloneta. The employees is really nice.

Place is very nice and tidy. It&'s flat with 4 rooms for rental. It&'s not a massive and noisy place. Perfect for relax. Some one from staff it there each day, they are very helpful and so nice :) Location is perfect, old city is on next side of the road and beach 10 minutes walk. I strongly recomend this place.

Everything in each single way was beyond my expectations. The guest home is modest -not deluxe furniture- but definetly it brings an atmostphere that makes you feel way too home. Everything was clean: the blankets felt like if they were just out of the dryer machine along with the bathroom was also often clean and you only have to share the facilities of the home with three other rooms. The cooking area was also very very clean and tidy BUT you are not often allowed to cook (however the staff doesnt live within the home and only comes to the bulding once a day to clean everything for a couple of hours). The cooking area has all of the utensils but since is not officially allowed to cook there are no cooking pots nor baking oil so be prepared.

I studied abroad in BCN, so I knew that this is one of the really best locations to stay! Also, I loved it simply because it was just like my flat when I lived there. Very clean, comfy, and central!
