Staff is extremely friendly, everything kept clean, extremely quiet! Close to metro (passeig de gracia stop) and inside walking distance of lots of stuff.

The employees were all lovely and helpful. The hostel is small so has a really homely feel, a nice social and relaxing lounge location and balcony and enough toilets and bathrooms for the amount of guests. Employees arranged great outings and city tours for travelers and gave plenty of useful advice. I extremely suggest this hostel!

The employees were so sweet and friendly, with so much genuine enthousiasm and llightness. The rooms had high ceilings, were light and airy and weren&'t crammed full of beds. The showers and sinks were beautifully fitted out, and were clean.

The staff bent over backwards to help and were always on-hand to offer you advice regarding travel, places to eat and shops. The hostel was clean (bedrooms and bathrooms) and had an awesome balcony with loads of chairs and plants - felt like we were inside the countryside! Also had really fantastic no cost coffee!

Friendly setting along with the group outings/meals were great. Having clothes washing facilities and outdoor space was great, air-con worked properly during heatwave in August but meant the rooms actually got quite chilly! Wonderful location near metro stops. Not a party hostel but just friendly and chatty, which is what I was after.

The employees was really friendly, helpful, and nice, they gave us excellent advice on exactly where to eat etc. The hostel was really clean and really felt like a home away from home as they decribe it: we stayed 5 nights and met awesome people there who started to feel like friends.

Very clean. Cleaning employees are plentiful and do a great job. Air cooling is super helpful within the summer and is included in price. They also stored our bags for us soon after our check-out time for numerous hours at no extra cost. Net worked nicely and there are multiple computers that visitors can use - I never had to wait. Very good environment, I&'m a light sleeper and never woke up from noise outside.

I loved the friendly and super helpful employees that spoke excellent English (especially Matilda, who went out of her way to help travellers and offer you suggestions). The atmosphere was also perfect, it was straightforward to meet and interact with other travelers. The hostel also offered activities like dinner, flamenco dancing shoes etc. The hostel was really safe and clean. The cooking area was really nicely equipped and had everything I needed. I would never even think about staying somewhere else if I was to return to Barcelona. This spot was excellent
