Near airport. a lot of tiny specialty shop around. Nice staff.

Everything. The owner and staff are extremely nice. They would give advice for sightseeing and other activities. The owner would host a house dinner or a DVD night randomly. His passion, care and generosity is extremely touching. Good location. 5 mins of walk from the metro station. The owner made a video to teach guests how to get there. Regretfully, I did not watch it before I got there so I got lost. It is near the universities so superb to meet local students, shop in attractive stores and go clubbing. Really safe. It has been a long whilst since I stayed there. But as I remember there should be a numerical lock and CCTV. A quiet neighborhood made me comfortable. Really clean. The staff changed bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases everyday. I can often see somebody sweeping and mopping the floor. we all really feel so comfy taking off our shoes indoor (hostel rule). Absolutely nothing to complain besides that I did not stay long enough in Pencil Guesthouse.

By far one of the top experiences I have ever had! The rooms are super comfortable, Bathroom is squeaky Clean and naturally the location is spot on. I would recommend this to anyone as I&'m sure it will suit every type of travellers needs. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Not to mention they are happy to take you out for Dinner/Lunch. Thanks again I will be staying with you guys when i return to Seoul.

Everything is nice, really excellent location for Clubbing in Hongdae Seoul. And just 1~2minutes walk from the Hongdae subway station. We will returned there for sure If you look for something clean, cheap, central and properly managed. Thanks a lot for taking photos with us when i check out.

The Pencil guys are the best! They&'ll guarantee that you have a amazing stay in Seoul. The hostel is in the ideal location with easy access to Hongdae / Sinchon and metro / bus services.

I could go on about this place for ages but in all seriousness it my made stay in seoul a brilliant one I will be staying there again when i return the house is very clean and properly kept ! The owners are very helpful and will help with anything you may need or want. I look forward to staying there again
