Hongsi is a totally mellowed persimmon which has been a favourite traditional food in Korea. We call it Hongsi or Kachibob. Kachibob means we have always left some of them for birds-one of birds names is Kachi-on the trees following harvesting them in fall. We have believed the sound of this bird within the morning could attract enjoyable visitors from everywhere.
