It was a very African lodge. And they have very friendly dogs which made me really feel much more at home. The bomb fire was very nice and so was the local beer and food. I got 5 star service all the way.

The location had gorgeous african decoration. Really quiet and definately a location exactly where you can just sit back and relax following a long journey (very near to the airport). The employees was super friendly and really made me really feel welcome and at home!

It issituated really near to the airport and they provide a tranfer to and from, at no extra cost, when you are picked up from the airport you are taken from the busy motorway to a far more country like surrounds, when you get to the lodge, you are greeted not only by warm and friendly staff but the warm and friendly dogs as well. The &'Welcome to Africa&' feeling makes you feel right at home. The room was clean and comfotable not and each dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you to ALL the staff for assistting with all my question and request, The Lodge has a tour company and I was able to pre book an Ultimate Johannesburg and Soweto tour directly and Goodwin was an outstanding guide giving me a great begin to my holiday.
