This was a weird place. But it happens that I like that kind of thing! It was more of a guest home than a hostel, and I believe I was the only guest. I arrived late, inside the middle of the night, and the place was mostly shut down. I made my way to the described address, which turned out to be a restaurant (closed, but there was someone there). The sole attendent barely spoke English, but was really kind and friendly.

Was really near to the the city center along with the bus station. Wasn&'t really crowded - it was rather VERY empty. The bathroom was inside the room, so that was a exceptional thing.

Nice, totally non-crowded and restful spot which seemed almost a hotel. Inexpensive and clean, with TV. Close to hostel is a restaurant maintained by the same owner.

More like a fancy hotel, with your bathroom and TV. Very great staying conditions.

Good clean place, far more like a 1-2 star hotel than a hostel. Close to the center. Subotica is a pretty little town. Everything can be seen in a day so i wouldn't suggest staying far more than a night.

The friendliness of the staff. We arrives late at night, hours later than we indicated it in advance. Still, they were very pleased to welcome us, even if we most most likely had to wake up the guy that finally let us in. He continuously sniled :-)

Receptionnist very friendly, location close to the center, nice bedroom. Really nice hostel.
