The employees were always there - and extremely helpful when I needed anything from them. The location was pretty good, about fifteen mins from the city center by bus. There are also a lot of very good places to get fast-food (Serbian fast-food, not American crap), and a few grocery stores. The massive Cathedral of Saint Sava is also relatively nearby - just a few stops on the same bus line that takes you to the city center. The computers inside the lounge are extremely nice - and equipped with Windows 7 (I think I&'m not too familiar, might be Visa), with a few helpful programs pre-installed on each, including Firefox and Pidgin.
