I like about this property, but I do not like the way hostelbookers. com deal with all my question. When I book the room it was told that the cost is &xa3;16 for a 14 bed dorm, then following a few days it reduced to &xa3;12. When I ask hostelbookers. com about their really best cost guarantee policy, hostelbookers. com ask me to contact the hostel instead. I see this is a really irresponsible request, as hostelbookers. com should contact the hostel instead of me. Thus, I cancel the booking here, and book from another website which is booking. com

Really comfortable beds with nice pillows and doonas, much more than expected at a hostel. Lockers kept points safe and secure and has key card to enter room. Area has a few low-cost grocery stores around which is helpful. Everything is inside walking disatnce.

Location was perfect! It is a couple blocks from train station and a 15 minute walk to the bus station, right in the center of the city centre. The cafe/pub on the first floor is a outstanding addition so on cold nights you don&'t even need to go outside. Breakfast was standard but much more than one could ask for. They have option of warm breakfast for a small fee. Free wireless in lobby, and I was able to get it in my room as well. Bed was made and for hostel standards quite comfortable. Large cooking area and cafeteria/lounging area. For the traveller who just needs a spot to stay its OK.

Everything. employees where so nice and helpful. Completely situated. 10 of us all thought the same we woll be back. We are booking eurohostel for october in newcastle we really can not wait.
