The staff - really friendly. The price of an over night - really very good for this city. The continental breakfast - it was certainly adequate, with fruit juice, tea or coffee and a choice of cereals. There was toast and fruit scones along with the usual butter and jam etc. Fresh fruit and yoghurt was also available.

The location is nice even if it&'s needed to take a bus or taxi to go to the city centre. Our room was nicely clean and every single day the hotel employees cleaned it up whilst changing our linen. The breakfast is extremely early (7-. 8. 30) and the beds extremely comfortable. Right in front of the great Leith Links park!
