Room was very spacious for having 3 beds compared to other places I have been. (quad room - 2 single and a double) had plenty of room, warm very clean and tidy.

Good location. Only 15 mins walk from Princes Street. It&'s basic but it suited us fine and there is also parking outside. Room and bathroom were clean.

Reasonably close to the Centre of Edinburgh. No frills - you got what you paid for!. Rooms basic - small but clean and warm. Adequate, but no more.

The room was really cozy! Wound up staying inside the one pictured with the slanting roof. The room was small, but adequate as nicely as the building itself was quite nice.
