Atmosphere like home, felt like my own, one of the receptionist, Anna, is fantastic help and very hospitable. Rooms were very good enough, I stayed in a 8 bed mixed dorm. Warm water offered each and every time, clean washrooms and showers. Clean rooms. A bar on first floor, low-cost drinks, TV room. Living room, kitchen, fantastic no cost breakfast. Wonderful guide to pay a visit to places. Provided me with a noise no cost room at the last minute on my request. Trendy and most artistic one in town. I loved it absolutely.

Very nice spot with friendly staff, massive && totally equipped kitchen, relaxing room. etc. everything is depend of the room which you will choose (if you need to have peace and noiseless definitely is not gonna be 38 beds room ;) )

The Caledonian Backpeckers is at walking distance of everything, is the city center, with view for the Edinburgh Castle. the breakfast was good. The staffs were really helpful and friendly, they even let us use the common areas of the hostel after our checkout whilst we waited for the flight time.

It was a very nice stay in Edinburgh. The hostel is well decorated, there is free unlimited breakfast (toast/tea/coffee) and the sanitories were alright. The setting is really friendly. I really recommend it !

We loved everything about it! It was a excellent place to stay for a weekend vacation with a excellent location and very nice staff. The rooms were nice, cool as well as the beds very comfortable!

It is the finest location for alone outgoing travellers and i suggest it to all. There is certainly no possibility that you will have a bad time, hostel is big, clean, with free great breakfast, has everything you need. And the staff is extraordinary!
