My buddies and I took a brief break in Scotland. There were 7 of us. We were actually looking for some location to stay in Inverness, and end up with this one. This hostel was really clean and comfortable. The owner was helpful and friendly. Even we have an En suite bed room, there were also plenty of location inside the share bathroom. The cooking area was also clean and properly equipped. If I had a chance, I would definitely get there again.

We had an Easter weekend break snowboarding on Cairngorm, we found the hostel was very welcoming and a very warm and cozy location to come back to soon after a day of getting soaked on the mountain. I would recommend Schlod Mhor to anyone looking for a clean and hospitable location to stay on a break in Scotland
