Accent Hotel is a extremely clean and comfortable hotel. There was at least one English speaking staff member on reception at all times and they were helpful. The hotel itself is close enough to the center of St Petersburg and an easy walk form the nearest Metro station. One suggestion would be to have the menus within the restaurant in both Russian and English- we found it extremely hard to know what we were ordering!
