Checkin was speedy. Free luggage room ahead of check in. The room is absolutely nothing amazing, but it has all you need and was clean and tidy. Free wireless inside the rooms.

The secure lockers in the sleeping rooms are pretty big : inside it can fit about an in-plane baggage (size comparison) and maybe little more. The entire location is quite new, all of the facilities were clean and nice. There are a big room at the entrance with Xbox360 w/Kinect and TVs. They supply breakfast (but I didn&'t try it and don&'t know what they offer) It&'s really close to a Metro station.

The staff are generally ok, depends on whose attending; one staff member made an effort to help me locate some places in Moscow and even printed out maps for me. The dorms are quite good, there is a locker large enough for your bags. The kitchen is adequate, but I think the kettle needs to be cleaned and there needs to be some mittens or towels for handling hot pots. The spot is generally quite organised and all the rooms are kept clean. I stayed here due to a positive review I read but I think that review over-rated this place.

Without exaggeration, this is by far the smartest, most comfortable, and luxurious hostel I&'ve ever stayed in (I&'ve stayed in a lot) and I&'m sure this is the really best hostel in Moscow (and beyond) if you&'re looking for standards that would put most three star hotels to shame. The receptionists are immediately welcoming and helpful and even manage warm and friendly smiles towards the end of their marathon 24hr shifts. The spacious central cafe is as smart and attractive as any city centre equivalent yet serves food and drinks at half the price - its filling breakfast is an absolute bargain at just 100 roubles. Moving on to the facilities, all of the rooms come with secure card swipe doors and lockers for each occupant that are huge enough to accommodate even the largest suitcase or backpack. The bathroom is equipped with eight or far more sinks where groggy travellers can freshen up inside the mornings without the need to queue and there are four female and four male shower cubicles (separated) so no queues there either. The kitchen is on the small side for such a large hostel, but the public fridges provide a lot of storage as well as the spot is kept spotless. What far more can I say If I were to move to Moscow, I would like to live here and it seems that quite a few guests are in fact long term residents. I wish that far more hostels around the planet would make the effort to aspire to such standards.

The facilities; the cooking area was adequate, there was a great common room, hairdriers ad laundry drying facilities inside the bathroom. But the employees were excellent.

Good location, really clean, very good facilties including free wifi, showers, washing machine, lounge, small kitchen. Great security and really near the metro. A lot more like a mini hotel than a hostel.

The service was the best. Individual attention at the front desk. Nice lobby. Rooms are spacious and really clean and bed and linens were perfect. I would say to anyone that has never stayed here - I think this might be the highest hostel in Moscow.
