Firstnight we have problem of dalay luggages at the airport but the girl staff at the hotel is extremely helpfull, she try to contact to the airport untill we got our luggages in that night. Free breakfast and drinking water, taxi transfer to the Airport is 1000 Ruble. On friday night there are noisy from music at the first floor till 5A. M. but I recommend this hotel, outstanding location outstanding service and extremely cleenness.

I have to make one large remark, although i knew there was a club downstairs. It is nowhere mentioned that this club closes at 10am within the morning. This means that untill that time you hear the music in your room. No problem the nights that you go out yourself, but a large problem the one night you need to sleep a little bit earlier.

This is a extremely trendy basic hotel located only a couple of mins from Red Square - the location was exceptional and not too hard to find. Really near to stores and restaurants etc. There is certainly a subway which can be used to avoid crossing the major road. Yes, there is certainly a bar/disco/nightclub immediately below the hotel and yes, it went all night (not ending until 11am the next day) on both the Friday and Saturday nights, but the noises is muffled and it didn&'t keep us awake, so I wouldn&'t let this put you off. There were a couple of downsides mostly to do with the reception employees - only one of them was warm and friendly but the others were difficult or rude to talk to. Our transfer from the airport was not smooth and it must have taken about 30-45 mins to locate our driver right after speaking to numerous people. When we rung the hotel to check, the receptionist asked me to call back in a couple of mins so she could check with the cab company. We called back 5 mins later and then she said she was busy and could I call back in another 5 mins! There didn&'t seem to be any urgency. We also tried to arrange a Tagansky Bunker Tour (one of the reasons for our visit) which the hotel said they could arrange once we got there. We asked reception to organise it for the next day for us. They had all day to arrange it and asked us to call back ahead of 8pm. We did so and they said they made a phone call but were going to speak to the manager but that it was too expensive anyway. They said to call back in 10 mins. We tried numerous times calling back, right after which they did not answer the phone and then they closed reception and did not even leave us a message. They basically did not try to arrange the tour and we missed out altogether.

Couldn't ask for a better location! our room was really large and spotlessly clean. Club on the second floor is a happening place.

The only positives were a really good central location, and also the stunningly gorgeous russian girl at reception (a sofa inside the hallway) who along with a warm and friendly russian cleaner were the only members of staff.
