Hard to review this, since we were taken to Nerpa Backpacker&'s next door and never set foot in Trans-Sib. Understand that sometimes individuals are moved to sister hostels but it would have been nice to know about this in advance, also why accept my booking in case you don&'t have space Employees at Nerpa were very helpful though.

Location is near the train and station. There are very good connections with the city (tram, bus). The kitchen was extremely well equipped and there are two large bathrooms.

It is a comfortable place to stay just minutes away from the station. In case you get off the transsib it is a nice hostel to stay in.

Cosy small hostel in a great location near the trainstation. Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry washing is 150 rubles and you get a complementary breakfast. I would defenetly stay there again.

A buzzer to get in the front door insured great safety from the outside. Breakfast is very good considering its free. Sacha at reception is great! she was very helpful and friendly. Web is pretty fast.

Good location, quick walk from the train station and pretty straightforward to uncover (look for small sign above the door). Staff are really warm and friendly and helpful. Hostel has a nice atmosphere, really straightforward to meet people. Free wifi, works all over. Location is small, but nonetheless has two bathroom/showers so rarely have to wait.

It was close to the Tran-sib railway line - perhaps 10 minutes walk. However, it is extremely straightforward to get a tram into the city center in 15 minutes. In future I would stay at a hostel inside the city centre. The hostel was clean.
