Very warm and friendly and helpful staff, they did so much to help me. The location is really excellent, especially to Parliament and to the principal train station. The hostel is in fantastic condition, especially it&'s cleanliness. Extremely recommend!

This location was a real value for the money. The employees was warm and friendly and informative. The location was clean and there was floor space and lockers. The cooking area was totally stocked with dishes and and so on and coffee and tea were provided. It was close to the train station and lots of public transportation near.

Mi-a plcut atmosfera prietenoas de la pensiune. Met muli prieteni noi din Turcia, Bulgaria i Rom&ania. Personalul pensiune ma salutat ca i cum ne-am cunoscut de ani de zile, prietenos i plin de umor. &impreun pentru a srbtori Anul Nou, a mers la ptrat pentru a viziona focurile de artificii de Anul Nou i ampanie de but. V mulumesc tuturor. . , , . , , . , . . I loved the warm and friendly environment at the hostel. Met many new pals from Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania. Hostel staff greeted me as though we&'ve known for years, warm and friendly and humorous. Together to celebrate the New Year, went to the square to watch the New Year fireworks and drinking champagne. Thanks a lot all.

Helpfulness of the staff. Also we enjoyed talking with the exciting people we met. Fantastic location--near the primary train station, opera home along with the Olde Towne (via a short bus ride).

The location is near to the train station, but faraway from city centre, which was fine with me. There is a metro station at the train station and a number of busses closer to the hostel. There is no cost computer use, but it looks like is about to fall apart. No cost WiFi. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they also the main reason for the weird vibes. items were clean for the most part.
