Without a doubt Almaa is the single most gorgeous hostels I&'ve stayed at - the location is gorgeous. It&'s an ecological, hippie vibe hostel. I stayed inside the massive dorm and liked the beds (no bunks here). The free breakfast was good - special points for the nice fresh bread and fruit on offer. I think the location was fine, the hostel is not inside the centre of the village but it&'s only a short walk to old town. The employees members were all friendly and helpful if a little distant.

It is a wonderful hostel with exceptional atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful and we have had a wonderful time there. It is a bit of a walk from the centre of the village, but it is nicely worth it and there is certainly a lovely pub just next door. I have really enjoyed it.

It really has a &new age&vibe and atmosphere without &corner cutting&' one finds in some Marakesh-trail hostels. It deserves a massive score for offering a healthy soy-rice milk, alone, special in my experience. It s completely situated for peace at the same time as effortless reach of &civilisation. It s a walkable 1. 5km from station. Furniture optimally and ingeneously recycled-reconfigured

It was described as a retreat and it was. I adore it&'s distance from the busy tourist centre, it&'s like staying with pals inside the country whilst inside the middle of palaces and gardens to explore. The employees are outstandingly helpful and willing

Sintra is just about the most gorgeous town inside the world. Friendly local individuals and they often try to help for direction even they only speak in portugese. Next time will spend more time there for sure.

Location is very good for peace, noiseless and the sights. Not so very good for the down-town location though. Owner gave personal tour of property. Employees gave me a personal fire. Cool place, hopefully the ower will have a new, better router by now or when you stay there. He is really receptive to guest comments.
