The location was good, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Room was clean, there was a restaurant and a cafe attached (however we didn&'t get to try these). The staff was friendly (although they didn&'t all speak outstanding English so it may be difficult with far more specific questions).

Hotel extremely central with easy access to the sights and Sao Bento Station/underground; breakfast at E3. 50 only average. Staff enjoyable (except for one grumpy guy); great web in bedroom; noiseless room (was not on the road).

The location was great! near to city centre and river. TV in room. Day employees tried to do everything they could to create it a great stay but facility was lacking.

Great location, very close to bus and train station and supermarket. No traffic noise, comfortable beds, good air con and wifi. small basic room but very adequate and good value for money. Room serviced daily. Extremely clean.

Very clean, cosy, our room had a neat terrace, and it had air conditioning, which is extremely handy in summer, as it was almost 40oC outside.
