The staff were helpful. We got a smoking room, and when I requested a non-smoking they solved it without any hesitation. Theyalso have really good car rental offers, superb value for the given price, and the hotel staff sort out everything instead of you. That was superb regarding our language difficulties. The only dissappointing thing was is the slow pressing service which means it takes a day to have a shirt to be pressed. The location of the hotel is great. Anyway the total impression was good, we would definitely go back there again.
