We liked, most of all the location of this hostel, which is near to center of the city Baixa, the old town Alfama, and walking distance to Bairro Alto. inaddition the well known Tram 28 passes next to the hostel. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly. it is extremely safe and clean enough as properly even though it is shared bathroom. for the cost i definitely suggest this hostel.

The hostel is clean, the staff is helpful, the location is perfect. There was no 24 hour reception but we got a key to the front door so there is certainly no need to sitting there the whole night. We could leave our bags inside the hostel on our last day (our plane departured inside the evening), it was best for us. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hostel.

The employees were extremely friendly! Exceptional location, small property so that it doesn&'t get too loud. The breakfast was the very best I&'ve had in a hostel, there was a lot of options such as cereal, toast, eggs, cake, muffins, cookies etc.

Location is great, hostel is at the quiet street, but very near to bus and tram stations. the lady that works at the reception was very nice and helpful and we managed to understand one another even though she doesn&'t speak english. the breakfast was exceptional - very rich and various food. the room was spacious and clean, and lovely decorated. the bathroom - also very clean, and never crowded. the hostel itself is very lovely, staying there was very pleasing experience.
