The hostel (appartement with 5 () bedrooms, common room, 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen) and the holder were amazing! We came TOOO early (at 6. 30 am) and called a holder (we forgot that there are NO 24h reception) simply because nobody established the door. The woman (I suppose her name was Rosi) wasn&'t angry about the call and promised to come as soon as possible. And she came in 40 - 60 min. , that was really apace for a person who was just woken up! She showed us the appartement, gave us the key, offered a breakfast and was a REALLY cute lady! The rooms are &"IKEA-Style&", but of a great quality. Clean, huge enough (we had a double private room), with a great lock, wi-fi. The bathroom and a cooking area were aslo clean (there is a cleaning lady who comes each day). We felt us like home :) At the check-out day we called Rosi and she told us that we have to leave a key inside the room and leave when we want simply because nobody was awaiting our room. So we left at 21 pm (although check-out was at 11 o 12 am) :) We could spend a whole day in Lisbon without thinking of our luggage. That&'s what I call a really good service!

The owner was extremely helpful and such a pretty person. I met some really friendly and interesting people there. The majority of people were students, so we all had common grounds, and this made it easier to get along.

It is safe and clean. The cleaning girl is warm and friendly and helpful, but she doesn&' speaking english. Location is good, but when you locate the bilding you don&'t know which buttern on the calling system is for the hostel.

The rooms were clean as nicely as the facilities were great. Rose was very nice and flexible with check-in and checkout time. The hostel is also in a exceptional location, close to the metro and not too faraway from the city center and things to do.

The position of the apartment is really good. There is certainly a Shopping Center just at 100m from the apartment. There is certainly also the Metro stop "Parque" part of the blue line (Linea Azul) that brings you just in the centre of Lisbon.
